Printing Problems?

If you are having printing problems, it's usually because of the software unique to your computer.  Here are some screen shots that might help you if you are using Chrome and having problems.  It's always a good troubleshooting strategy to try a different browser if one is not working for you.

When I hover over a doc in Chrome (after selecting print), this box will appear

I often save to my desktop by clicking the disk drive.

If I choose to print without saving, this window appears and I print from there.

If I still have problems, I'll select this option and print from there.
